MBC Products Sp. z o. o. plans to implement a new project, which is the production of modified plastics. The complex compounding process will be divided into stages.
In the first stage, the desired technical parameters of the material will be determined and the appropriate components will be selected.
The second stage is the preparation of a sample batch that will be tested for compliance with the design.
The last stage is the preparation of the batch in accordance with the order and re-control of the quality of the product.
Compounding makes it possible to obtain special mixtures of plastics with the desired properties while reducing costs thanks to the use of cheaper raw materials. Depending on the customer's order, the price calculation will be based on recycled granules or regranulates.
