We process plastics with various processes. Depending on the delivered waste and customer requirements, we process waste into the following forms:
Regrind:
We have mills with dust extraction and metal separators,
We produce regrind of various sizes from 5 mm to 14 mm depending on the customer's needs,
We try to process each type of plastic on separate devices to prevent mixing of materials.
Agglomeration - we process:
soft plastics such as foil, big-bag
non-woven fabric
powders
Regranulation
The next stage of development is the launch of the granulate production line. We plan to purchase two extruders with a total capacity of 600 kg. / h. We will achieve this goal in 2023.
Plastic mixtures
Depending on the customer's needs, we carry out orders for various types of plastic mixtures.
We process post-production materials, clean, properly tested before and after processing. For most of our finished products, we define their parameters (MFI, density, fiber content, elasticity and strength)
